After opening a project in premier, it doesn't work as it should

I use Premier for quite a time, but yesterday I opened a project and nothing worked. I use the Premiere Pro 2023 on the latest version of Windows 11.

It looked like everything worked except the quick export button?

I have the same issue. Tells me to convert my files then the new file wont open.
