After update Pr Pro work poor or not at all

I just updated to the new version of Pr Pro After this update it do-sent respond to my key input as eg. i can cut but not delete the cut

it is very slow and impossible to work in Pr Pro right now.  I have tried load some older projects but i get the same result.

Computer Predator 15 48Gb Ram.
