This happens with prem pro/ after effects and media encoder after update not happy guys

Are you using an NVidia card?

I'm having the exact same issue and I think it has something to do with the drivers. I got PP to work with older drivers a couple of times, but that's iffy and not a good solution. I can start it if I use the integrated (Intel) card.

I had the same problem. My problem was, that i wasn't admin and when the admin log in it is going.

No I Am The Admin Of The Computer This is not the issue
