After updating cannot add Horizontal grid line , also finding difficulty in changing it from pixles to percentage

couple of days before I updated my adobe premiere to version 26.3 .Now if i try to add horizontal grid line , it appers vertical

FYI, I reported 7/6 in the other thread that it was working correctly in Beta Build 51. I suspect that many users don't use the “add guide” option as much as dragging.

I’m assuming you’re talking about adding a guide? Are you dragging it from the rulers on the top?

From the other thread, the issue is creating a guide using View → Add guide. They are all added as horizontal (for me; vertical for others?), 50 pixels from the top.

A workaround is what you suggest, turning on rulers and dragging; to reposition, zoom in, and drag one pixel at a time.

Also, if you right+click a guide and edit using the numbers, you cannot change them.
