All files for a project have disappeared

Had real difficulty trying to export files for a project I've been working on for a few months. Finally got them out by breaking down the sequences. Went back to edit today and folder is still there but everything inside is gone! No auto save files. No source footage. Empty! I did not hve this backed up on the computer itself. It was all on a SSD. That is still accessible for everything else that was on it but not my project. Any ideas? Partial drive crash? I'm lost. Originally was editing on Lenevo Legion 5 Pro with AMD Ryzen 7 16 GB. Went to my desktop Intel i7 32 GB. Both Windows. Any help is appreciated.

The tab next to the project panel is Media Browser in the Edit work space. You may want to try using Media Browser to see if you have better luck. I also suggest checking the import window to make sure that the drop down for file type isn't filtered down to a certain file time.

Check the Recycle Bin.

Yes checked that. Only a few of the deleted exports were in there. Not any of the good stuff.
