All of my project files are missing

Question

Logged into Premiere Pro like any other day, and all my project files, recent projects, auto-save folders, audio render folders, video render folders, all missing. Spoke to someone on chat who didn't know the issue. Was sent an email that someone was going to contact me during a certain time about my issue from some senior support team, they never did. None of my source footage was deleted, but the project files are my main concern. Extremely frustrating.

Hey jonvulpine,Sorry for the trouble. Did the support team eventually reach out to you? Are you working with an external or network storage device or were these folders saved in your internal storage? Sometimes when I have trouble searching for files on my system, I try launching a search in my system (try searching for "*.prproj").
