All tabs do not open at the same time in Lumetri Color

After resetting all settings in Premiere Pro 24.2.1, I can't open all the tabs in the Lumetri Color panel at the same time. If I open one tab, the other one is automatically minimized. Is it possible to somehow configure the ability to open all tabs independently of each other?
