All videos being exported with black bars on the side. It's not a sequence and souce mismatch.

Hello all,

At-least it doesn't seem like a mismatch somewhere. I ran a simple test.

-Downloaded a stock video. 

-Created new sequence from that one stock video.
-Go to export. Both the export AND source summary are the same.

Export shows black bars on each side.

Still exports with black bars on the side and there was zero bars in the preview window. I heard Adobe Premiere can be weird at times. Can someone assist me here? I tried so many different export settings with no luck. H.264 and all. Tried scale to fit and all the options in that menu as well.
