Alpha channel issues

I am having an issue with alpha channel videos.  There are articacts near the edges of the video that has the alpha channel that I have not had before.  If you look at the attached image, it appears like little black boxes around the edge in places.  It doesnt happen on all .mov videos, just some of them.  Any ideas?
