Alpha Layers from AE pixelly and messy in PP since last update?

Alright folks,

I've been working on a project in Premier Pro and since I updated all programmes earlier I've noticed my alpha layers (text messages being written on screen) have now lines of what look look like dead pixels scoring through them. Has anyone else encountered this? I think it may just be a playback issue on Premier since every time I go to take a screenshot the marks disappear after a second or two.
