Alt+Zoom not working in timeline in v 23.4

I upgraded to 23.4 last night. This morning I was trying to zoom in on my video clip and it would not work. I tried everything, including shutting down and rebooting. I then realized the only change from my editing work yesterday to today was the installation of the latest version. So, I reverted back to 23.3 (build 61) and the alt+zoom in the timeline worked perfectly.
