Question

AME is not rendering my Highres. files?

Hi Guys,

I have made and worked with proxies in this Premiere (CC 2018) project. When I export using Premiere, I get the highres. files out.
When I am Qeueing from Premiere and using Adobe media encoder, it gives me a 720p file out - as if it renders my proxies(?). I did not choose "Match Sequence" in the export dialog of different reasons. Why is this happening?

Thanks in advance

This is almost certainly operator error.

You've got the wrong export settings in AME.

    Post screenshot export settings.

Maybe someone from Adobe could give an answer?

This is primarily a user to user forum with some monitoring and assistance by Product Support staff under Kevin Monahan. The rest of us are just peer users. Though there's amazing depth and experience with the program available here.

This is odd, for sure. The only difference between the two is you hit "Queue"?

How about starting with a screen grab dragged on your reply of the export dialog from PrPro and one from ME after it's over there?

And ... go into ME's preferences and un-check "import sequences natively ".
