analog Audio input trough BM Ultrastudio 4k or BMdecklink 4k extreme isn't working

Hey, i've got a problem using decklink 4kextreme and ultrastudio 4k mini in combination with adobe premiere. The analog input trough the blackmagic devices isn't working with premiere Pro v15.4.1(Windows). In combination with avid MC or BM Mediaexpress the inputs are working fine. Any suggestion? Thanks.

I hope you've also checked with BM support. Not that many of the regulars here run that much BM kit, though some do.

Which versions of the software for those are you running?

Hey Neil,

BM support has been contacted but the I/O units are working with other NLE's like avid and BM.

Versions soft:

BM Desktop Video Setup v12.1

Premiere pro 15.4.1

I take it you have the correct audio devices selected for capture and playback using Premiere Pro. If the answer is yes try ASIO4ALL drivers if you are using a PC.
