Analyze - Warp Stabilizer and Auto Reframe

If I copy a clip to a different sequence that has Warp Stabilizer or Auto Reframe---do I have to click ANALYZE or will it automatically do that? Does it ANALYZE on export if I don't click the button on every clip?
