....and still we have "low level exceptions (going back to 2017)

Enough of us pay enough to have the core parts of Adobe CC to work. I could care less about new programs when you don't fix the core programs. This appears to be a silly oversite of Graphic Effects that have generated the same failure over and over since 2017. 

Adobe, less money for CEO, more money for programming fixes.
