Just got the S24+

Tried to import some clips from the phone into Premier, but they look like crap. On my old phone it was fine.

When i play the MP4's on my computer they look great. It's just once i import them they look blurry and washed. I think i've figured out the washed issue, but the blur is killing me. Is there a sequence setting that i need to change?

Thanks for any advice!

If they are washed out, you might want to read this doc.

Hi,

Can you share some screenshots with us? Your videos are not supposed to be blurry, no matter what they were shot on...

Thank you for responding! For the color fade, i saw someone post a solution. For the blur, it looks like its happening during playback in Adobe, but when I pause the picture gets clear again. So this screenshot is from the middle of playback. Just playing the mp4 on my imac it looks completely fine. exactly as i shot it. Also, i imported into iMovie and it was fine.

When i import from a Blackmagic or Panasonic, never a problem. So this surprised me.
