Animated effects in Adobe Premiere Pro

Hello community, somehow I'm screwed.

I have a video in which a dog is running down a path, now I want little animated clouds of dust to form there.

Whats the best way to do this? I'm kind of haphazard 😞

Hallo Community, irgendwie stehe ich auf dem Schlauch.

Ich habe ein Video in dem ein Hund einen Weg entlang rennt, ich möchte jetzt, dass sich da kleine animierte Staubwolken bilden. 

Wie mache ich das am Besten? Bin irgendwie planlos 😞
