Annoying pop sounds in headphones

When I start and stop audio in Premiere Pro I hear this pronounced pop. I occasionally get it elsewhere but seems to be chiefly Premiere. Is there a fix for this? Maybe adjusting settings? Bluetooth headphones.

Hi Swandive stream!

Sorry about the trouble. Could you try switching Default Input to No Input? Edit > preferences > Audio Hardware.
