Anomaly on exporting...

I'm working on several videos for an upcoming trade show and running into an anomaly while exporting.

For a splash screen between videos I've used stock footage of a flying flag, put our logo on it with a directional blur that transitions in and out and then an adjustment layer that does a rolling transition I learned from here.

These transitioning splash screens are not rendering the same each time and the video monitor does not show the same anomalies.

First video:

Daystar SEMA Test - YouTube

At roughly 29 seconds you see the transition and how it's supposed to look. At roughly 56 seconds the rolling video transition works but the same directional blur on the logo doesn't display. It drops the logo on the screen when the blur is supposed to end and then the logo disappears when the blur starts the transition out.

Second Video:

VooDoo SEMA Test - YouTube

At 1:15 you'll see the effects working properly. At 2:02 the transition starts to work but then the logo moves to the lower right corner for a second while the directional blur is working then the logo moves back to the center. Same thing happens on the transition out.

In both cases the transition screen with the logo and adjustment layers are simply copied from the first location and pasted into the next. Never was the transition altered from the first instance.

Since the video monitor shows it correctly I have absolutely no idea where to look for a solution.

Thoughts?

Try exporting out the Logo to Cineform 12 bit with Alpha and using that instead of the actual build.

Not positive what you mean. When I try to export the Illustrator logo I don't have a Cineform option. Just all the normal video options.

Instead, I exported the whole sequence of the banner as an MP4 and imported that to use instead of the sequence itself. That worked as expected and I can use that method if necessary. But, that certainly doesn't solve the problem...

That's the idea.  I was recommend Cineform because it offers higher quality and transparency.

It worked, right?  Project got exported?
