There are quite a few on this site that know me.... and I direct this question mainly at them.

You know who you are.

Any reason why not to upgrade to 2017?

I agree with Jim ... some of the audio things are still ... ? ... but some have been greatly improved. It does seem faster for me on my gear, by a small amount. In general, the titler thing works a bit better. Lumetri ... other than they screwed the pooch and made some odd mis-naming of things that HAD been named correctly ... is pretty much the same. The HDR ... isn't, really.

And we know you know the drill ... add 2017 in, rather than replace 2015.3/4, and test old projects ... probably create 'new' projects in 2017 and import the bits & pieces of old projects, as that normally works better ... I mention this for the many other folk reading this as I know you know that drill well.

It does just work a bit better for me.

There are some oddities, but I find it overall a better release than 2015.3.

I'm not the hefty user you are, but well ... I do test a lot of things out (sigh ... ) ... and so far, it's been quite stable and as noted, a bit "lighter" on the computer it seems. The complete mis-naming of the modification controls in the HSL Secondary tab is a good puzzler ... wow, how did that get through beta?
