Anyone having issues with AMIRA footage and embedded LUTs?

I'm starting a discussion thread to follow up on reports from other users in regards to issues with Arri Amira footage. 

Would like to hear from any users that are experiencing color shifts with this footage, especially when switching between hardware and software GPU acceleration. Or, does it appear that a master LUT is being applied even if it's turned off in Source Effects or through interpret footage. 

If you are having these issues, please let me know the computer type, GPU, OS and most especially the version of Premiere you're using.
