Anyone know what is causing this? Premiere Search bar issue!

Nothing is stuck on keyboard. I can edit ok, but if I want to search for something, I have to quickly type something in-between blinks. Sometimes it goes away, then right back to it. Crazy!

Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card
