Question

Anything similar to but better than Morph Cut?

I like to use morph cut when there is a long pause and the frame only moves slightly, and instead of having the jitter, I use morph cut.

Only problem is morph cut often has really weird shapes to make the transformation from one frame to the other. Any plugins or something similar to morph cut that is more...intuitive? Thanks!

I find Morph Cut to be very counter intuitive, and when it was rolled out we were promised it's the best thing since sliced bread.  Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but make sure you understand all the controls, I found they were poorly explained and it took lots of pain and suffering to get the most out of it.

The traditional cover with b-roll option is always an out.

I'm looking for someone who knows off of the top of their head some good ones, I don't want to go digging and waste money trying a bunch out that aren't good when someone else can just tell me

    QwertyQ,

You can adjust Morph Cut to have a shorter duration if you want to avoid any motion artifacts. You can also experiment with the way you shoot things. I do not know of any good third party tools. You can try Avid FluidMorph if you have access to that. I wouldn't say it's better.

    Thanks,
