I have an interview with someone but there was music in the background, I want to use my own stock music through out the video but the music keeps interfering with the music that was recorded. Is there any way to remove this while keeping the guy talking in the interviews audio?

Chances are you'll need to reshoot in a properly quite environment.

Probably not.  You can try using Audition, but I highly doubt if you will get satisfactory results.

Can you do the interview again?

you will have to be familiar with audio editing concept, you can almost do that even in PPro by using the Audio mixer and add an effect "Multi compressor". also check this about how to do it in Audition :

How can I extract vocals from a track to use as an acapella?
