App is freezing and unresponsive after about 2 minutes of opening project - only on specific project

Hello! I'm having an issue where I can work fine in my project for about 2 minutes and then if I render, syncrhonize audio clips or do much of anything, it will become unresponsive and I have to force quit. It's only on a specific project file though. There is nothing different about this project and the footage than any of my other similar projects that are working fine. I've tried importing the footage into a new project saved in a different location and have the same issue. Ive also tried updating my computer, updating premiere, clearing my media caches, resetting my preferences and even ran adobes beta diagnostic thing all with no luck. Anyone see something clear that I'm missing or have anything else I can try?? Thank you!!
