AppData

Can someone tell me why Premiere Pro keeps making a folder called "AppData" every time I open a PP project?  I use OneDrive to sync files between devices and PC's and a new "AppData" folder is created every time causing sync errors as it clashes between the AppData folder that has previously been created and trying to create a new one with the same name.

I don't want an infinitely scrolling list of AppFolders in my File Explorer panes.  Is there a way to load the AppData to a folder on my OneDrive which all devices can share and without PP creating new ones every single time I open the program?
