APPLE M1 MAX - Premire Pro issue with graphics that have alpha channel
Hi all,
I'm having a lot of issues importing and exporting alpha channel files in Premiere (Version 22.4.0).
Both in the timeline and in the export process and file, I continue to have glitches or I see graphics with missing parts .
I work usually with ProRes 4444XQ movs.
I already tried to follow the recommendations on Adobe forums for users with same problems but “workarounds” still don’t work.
The proposed solutions that I have already tested are the following:
- Start project in Intel mode.
- Disable the "Enable hardware acccelerated decoding" setting in the Media menu.
- Export to H264 with "Hardware encoding".
- Export to H264 with "Software encoding”.
- Convert .mov files in sequence to png.
Do you have other solutions to recommend?
