Question

Appllied an Ultra Key to a green screen. The speaker's black shirt now cuts in/out.

Hello. I'm in Adobe Premiere Pro 2023 working on a Windows 11 platform.

I have created an ultra key over my green screen background and had to adjust the mat to reduce shadows.

The background of the greenscreen is now black. However, one of the speakers in the video is wearing a black and tan stripped blouse.

The blouse cuts in and out - creating a sparkling effect over the background.

We cannot reshoot the video.

Can anyone help fix this issue? Perhaps turning the "black" background of the main video to a different color?

Not sure what to do here and I could really use the help! Ideas appreciated.

I was expecting to see a green color in the Key Color field, but you have black? Where's the green? Post a frame of the original footage with the two people.

Yes, I had already applied the Ultra Key, which make the background black.

I have attached a photo of the original footage.

Maybe try to get the background all sorted out by itself, export as a ProRes LT or png, etc... and then use that with the green screen video instead of using the 2nd KeyLight to fix up the background graphic in the timeline. If you feel compelled to do the graphic at the same time, try nesting the graphic and doing the keylight in the nest.
