Apply default label colours to current project

Straight forward Issue. Changed the defaults of the colour labels in Preferences, needs it to apply in Current project/Bin.

Reason: Received a heavy project from another editor, he has his different default label colours than mine, I need to apply mine without needing to manually change it.

Note: This is Different from "Display the project item name and label color for all instances" which applies whatever you change in the bin into the sequence.
