Apps auto updated and dynamic link no longer works

HELP! Dynamic link not working for updated PP/AE/ME. Have some hefty compositions I need to work on and all media is appearing offline. When I try to manually relink, I get stuck on the loading bar that says "Connecting to Dynamic Link server" 

How do I rememdy this?
