I have the latest Premiere Pro CC 2017 updates, V11, code-named "tanq." Are the manuals updated to the latest version? I have the PREVIOUS version of manual, v10, PP 2015.3.  When?

    I'm hoping it's being worked on, because the link isn't available on the site where it's normally found.

    Dont think so in any case the pdf manuals have not been published yet.
