Are there good ressources of templates for PPRO projects out there? (that are not paid)

I was looking at the templates of PPRO program, but it seems they only open on Adobe Express:

I was wondering if there are any other datasets of "ready to use" templates for PPRO like these and as good (for PPRO no adobe express)
