Art Installation

Hello...

I currently make 10 second glitch animations. 

I work firstly in Procreate using animation assist and then export to Davinci on my ipad.

I have recently been offered a chance to show a larger projection but want to ensure that my workflow will be good enough as far as quality goes.

4437 px x 1200 px

Frame rate 25 30 50 0r 60. 

My question is: would I be best making these animations in Photoshop instead of Procreate and then export to Premier on my Macbook instead of Davinci on my Ipad?
