Issue – When attaching proxy video files from a mapped network drive, the video thumbnail in the project panel turns dark green and is almost completely illegible.
Steps to reproduce – 1. Store the original video file and the proxy video version on a mapped network drive, with the correct naming scheme and folder structure. 2. Import the original video file into Premiere Pro. 3. Attempt to ‘attach proxies’ and watch as the thumbnail turns dark green. This happens with all video files and is disastrous when trying to work with multiple video clips, as in my line of work.
Expected result – For the thumbnail to remain unchanged after attaching proxies.
Actual result – The thumbnails in the project panel all go dark green immediately.
