Attatching transcoded media

Hey Folks. I transcoded 40 clips directly in Adobe Media Encoder. (Mezzanine codec) How can I attatch this media if those files are already cutted in Premiere Pro Timeline? 🙂

Do you want to replace the files in the project or use the transcoded media as proxies?

I'd like to replace original media file in order to edit project in mezzanine codec.
