Audio and Video don't match after installing update

Hey,

I edited a screen recording and because my Adobe DL didn't work, I updated After Effects and Premiere (Mac- CC 2015). When I opened the project in Premiere with the new version, the audio and the video dont match anymore. They are all still linked and edited correctly, just that picture and sound dont make much sense anymore.

I tried making the media offline and relocating it. I also didnt add DL to After Effects anymore.

Does anyone have an idea, what I could to to get my audio back on track? It's only one video file but it was quite long, so I would prefer, not to watch the raw material again.

Kind regards

Theresa

Okay, i talked with the Adobe Support and I had to transcode the clip, using "handbrake" https://handbrake.fr/

and then i made the Media Offline, relinked with the new transcoded Video and it works great.

Wish Adobe Premier supported variable frame rate.

I am having this same issue with my audio no matching my video after update-every video I inport is doing this!!! How does handbreak work? Is this something I have to do with every Video now?

Can I just go back to the previous version of Adobe Premiere? If so how do I do that?
