Audio Asynchron after Export while playing on QuickTime Player

Hi Community!

I need help with my exported Video, which has a length of over 2h. The Audio was synchron in the time line, but after exporting it, the Video and Audio get more and more asychron with a longer video. However when I tried using the VLC player instead of the standard QuicktimePlayer, it works again. How can I fix it, that the Video is also sychroin when using the Quicktimplayer?

If the footage is variable framerate convert to constant framerate with Handbrake or Shutter Encoder before bringing into Premiere.

Variable framerate is known to give Out of Sync issues.

So do I have to recut my whole video again? Becasue I used a multicamera setup. Is there no easier way?

No you just replace the footage and might need to adjust some cuts.

And make sure the sequence settings are properly setup?
