Audio auto Pans -100 all sequences, how to fix multiple at once?

Synced up hundreds of files making maybe 40-50 multicam sequences each with many audio tracks. For some reason all are panned left with a keyframe and I NEVER did this. Now ALL sequences are panned left and I cannot fix. Premiere will not remove the attributes no matter what boxes i check or uncheck, the track mixer shows 0 pan, and it will not copy and paste panner. So how am I supposed to fix this all at once since it would be an incredibly time wasting task to have to do this one by one?  Also how do I stop this?! It keeps happening and is causing so many issues for me and my team!
