Audio behind a full edit

After editing an hour video down to 11 minutes the audio went out of sync. I used OBS to record the video and here are my recording settings. please help.

    Most likely your footage is variable framerate which Pr is not too fond of eventhough it supports it in the latest version.

    Run the footage through Handbrake and set it to constant framerate. (not bitrate).

    Then replace the footage.
