Audio Clip Not Playing
This audio clip will not play any sound. none of the other clips seem to have any issues

Does the audio file play outside of Premiere?
If another MP3 works fine, you should compare the sound properties to see what's different. You could try resaving the file in Audition to get the problem MP3 to match the properties of an MP3 that is working in Premiere.
