Audio Cutting in and out After Export Adobe Premiere 23.0

Hello,

I've seen that I'm not the only person having this issue but I have yet to see a good fix. Basically no matter how I export my 4K 60fps videos, after export the audio of the video (specifically the audio of people talking not the music) will cut in and out. 

Right now my fix is to export the audio seperately and then export the video with the exported audio file. This works but it's also super time consuming and annoying to have to do for every single export. I know that this is a new issue as I've had projects shot on the same camera and exported in the same way without this issue. I suspect that it has something to do with recent updates (classic Adobe). Doesn anyone have any suggestions?
