Audio data missing in cut monitor after drag and drop from source monitor

Audio data missing in cut monitor (in the sequence window) after drag and drop of any clip from source monitor or project window. The problem occurs in any new project after drag and drop of the first clip.

    Thanks for that hint. Unfortunately this does not solve my problem. After a longer on screen session with the Adobe hotline they finally found the root cause. I had to delete the Premiere Pro\13  folders in Adobe Documents and AppData, restart the program as administrator and the problem was solved

    Simple ... you don't have your Source track target set for it ... the box where the left A1 is blue here is probably charcoal on your sequence header. Click that so that it is active.
