Question

Audio distorted in Premiere after using razor tool on multicam sequence

Hello,

So I have created a multicam sequence with a couple of bits of video and a couple of audio files. At first all the audio and video plays in the timeline as it should and sounds fine, but when I use the razor tool to cut a section in the timeline, the audio after the cut is completely distorted and ruined after the cut.

If I undo the action, the audio is still ruined after where the cut was. If I drag the multicam sequence from he source monitor to the timeline again, the sound is still distorted and ruined. It all stems from using the razor tool on the sequence and I can't stop it. The yellow line at the top of the timeline sometimes disappears on the section after the cut too but I am not sure what the yellow line is supped to signify so don't know if it is related.

Does anyone have any ideas? Any help would be much appreciated.

@soronery
Did you ever find out the answer to this question?  I'm having the same issue and I've had no luck searching for a solution.
