Audio doesn't sync properly while exporting, but previewing it is fine.

So I've been working on a video lately, and when I was done exporting and ready to preview the video, the audi plays 1 second after the time it is intended to play. But whenever I move the audio file some where and back to its place in the time line, the same issue I get from the exported product happens to the whole preview.

I have checked the audio files and they seem perfectly fine. I removed them then put them back and I still get the same problem.

Is this normal?
