Audio Drops Out

Hello everyone,

I am having an issue where the audio will drop out while playing the video in the sequence.  After hitting "play", the video and audio play fine for a few seconds, then the video becomes jerky, and the audio stops playing altogether.  I have to stop and restart the playhead to get the audio back, but then a few seconds later it drops out again.  Am I the only one that has had this problem?  Anyone know of any solutions?  Thanks in advance for your help.

You may try raising the audio latency value in your preferences (Edit > Preferences > Audio Hardware). Also if you are using a Windows PC open the Control Panel > Power Options and set your power plan to High Performance, this might also help your computer keep up.

My menu doesn't have a "latency" value, instead, it has I/O Buffer Size.  The default for that is set to 512, I took it all the way up to 2048, and it still didn't help.

ctrl-click on the clip in question and click properties and post that here, I'm curious if the source audio sample rate matches the sample rate set in premiere
