Audio-Effect settings are zero when i reopen a project

Hi.

Working on Premiere V23.0.0 on Build 63, macOS 12.3, Apple M1 Max, Memory 64 GB.

Whenever i use tube-modeled compressor on few audio-tracks with my personal settings; when i close the project and reopen it then all the settings are gone to 0. Its special that i have Premiere 23.0.0 in english there is the fault. On premiere 23.0.0 in german there is no problem with that compression settings.

But its a big pain whenever i open a project i have to check and re-adjust all the settings in every tube-modeled compressor.
