Audio Exports with reverb

When ever I export my sequence the video has an odd reverb on it and there is no effects on the audio. When I play it in the timeline it sounds normal it only happens when I export it. I have taken off every possible effect, I've changed my export settings multiple times, I tried exporting with Media Encoder, I locked all my tracks, I've tried everything and nothing works. This has only started happening to my sequence after I updated my Preimere to 24.0
