Audio file went red after rendering

Hey guys so I was working on a project yesterday and my audio file went red after rendering and that section of my audio went red and I can no longer edit anything in the project, when I click on the sequences they do nothing and I also have these lines over the timeline section of my screen. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix this ?

Import
Freeze or hang
Error or problem

Relinking offline media in Premiere Pro

I'd check to make sure that the audio file is still in the original location as where you started the project and that the name hasn't been changed on the file.
