Audio files in multi-cam sequence

I have done some multi-camera source sequences aligning on the audio, and that works well. I am thinking of getting something like the Tascam DR 60 aurio recorder which is designed to provide superior audio to that on the DSLR. So, if I use two DSLR's, record the sound on one with the built-in inferior mic, use the DR60 with the other for better sound, then import both DSLR audio/video files plus the superior audio-only from the Tascam. Then I want to do a multi-cam of the two cameras, aligned on the audio track but using the audio from the Tascam on the final sequence. If I select them in the order: Tascam track, DSLR1, DSLR2, will Premiere consider the Tascam track "Camera 1"?

I have gotten the Tascam DR70. I set it up in the configuration where it records the audio and also provides a camera-level audio to the camera (Canon 6D, but should work with others). I import the .wav file from the Tascam and the video file (with camera audio) into my project. Select multi-camera source sequence, select the audio track first so it is "canera one", align on audio, and you are good to go. This works with or without the "slate" tone feature on the Tascam, which puts an obvious tone on both tracks for visual alignment, but the multi-camera source sequence works.

If it doesn't, you can always move it.
