Audio glitch (repeat) in export.

Hi,

I have been getting a strange audio glitch (repeat) when exporting sequences. This problem has occurred for weeks. One small segment of audio  repeats in another section of the video program during export. For example, some part of the audio at the 3:00 minute mark will then be repeated at the 4:00 minute mark. The error is typically only about 2 seconds long of repeated audio. The real audio is not being repeated in the timeline edit. The overall length of the program is near 30:00 minutes or more. The random audio glitch does not happen at the same point in the timeline each time the error occurred when exporting. When I export the video again the error is not repeated in the same spot. I have no gaps in the audio edit.

How do I get the export to come out clean? What is the fix to the problem?
